  • 6 garlic cloves (pressed)
  • 2 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 2 large eggs
  • 12 oz sweet chili sauce
  • Fresh cilantro and chives

Instructions

  1. Whisk together sweet chili sauce, lime juice, minced cilantro, diced chives, and crushed red pepper flakes in a bowl; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, minced onion, pressed garlic, grated ginger, eggs, soaked bread (squeeze out excess milk), salt, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix gently until combined.
