  • 2 cups cooked quinoa

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and peppers; sauté until softened.
