  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons apricot jam (for glazing)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing flour and chilled vegan butter until crumbly. Stir in sugar and add cold water to form a dough. Chill for 30 minutes.
