  • 85 g unsalted butter
  • 6 cups vegan marshmallows
  • 4 cups Rice Bubbles (Krispies)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Prepare a Bain-Marie by boiling 1/2 cup of water in a pot. Place a heatproof bowl over it.
  2. In the bowl, melt unsalted butter and vegan marshmallows together while whisking continuously until smooth (about 2-4 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in salt and red food coloring.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the melted marshmallow mixture with Rice Bubbles until fully coated.
  5. Lightly oil hands and shape the mixture into oval brain shapes. Use a knife to create indentations and add details with more food coloring.
