Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon filets (6 ounces each), skin removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F and spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Pat the salmon filets dry with a paper towel and cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss the salmon cubes in this mixture until coated.
  4. Arrange the salmon bites in an even layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Air fry for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another few minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 140-145°F.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by melting butter in a saucepan over medium heat and adding heavy cream, minced garlic, parsley, kosher salt, and black pepper. Stir until combined and heated through.
  6. Serve the hot salmon bites drizzled with garlic cream sauce.
