  • 2 chopped tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt as needed
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Chopped coriander
