  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 57 tablespoons whole milk (adjusted for glaze consistency)

Instructions

  1. Roll out your pie crust on a floured surface.
  2. Cut circles about 4 inches in diameter using a round cutter or glass.
  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling in the center of each circle.
  4. Fold each circle to form a half-moon shape and seal edges firmly.
  5. Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a frying pan.
  6. Fry the hand pies for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
