  • 340 g Brussels sprouts
  • 225 g bow tie pasta
  • 340 g cooked smoked sausage
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Smoked paprika
  • Fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss the butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper; spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. Prepare the Brussels sprouts similarly, roasting for 20-30 minutes until crispy.
  4. Cook the bow tie pasta in salted water according to package instructions; drain while reserving some pasta water.
