  • 3/4 cup salted butter
  • 5 fluid ounces evaporated milk
  • 11 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch cake pan with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk over medium heat. Stir continuously until it boils, then boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until melted.
  4. Mix in Bailey's Irish Cream and walnuts if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spread evenly, and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
