  • 3 cans (14 oz) artichoke hearts
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • Fresh parsley, lemon juice, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
