  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro (chopped, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
