  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs + 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large bananas (mashed)
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/22 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 3 oz full-fat cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 12 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a springform pan with parchment paper and nonstick spray.
  2. Mix the cheesecake ingredients until smooth; set aside.
  3. Combine banana bread ingredients in another bowl and mix well.
  4. Layer half of the banana bread batter in the pan, top with cheesecake mixture, then finish with remaining banana bread batter.
  5. Bake in a water bath for about 90 minutes or until set.
  6. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours.
