  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 8oz block cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 3.4oz box instant banana pudding
  • 1/3 cup dairy milk of any kind
  • 1 small banana, peeled and chopped small
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafers, broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together brown and granulated sugars with melted butter until fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract and eggs until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  5. For the pudding layer, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in banana pudding mix and milk. Gently fold in chopped bananas.
  6. Spread the pudding mixture over the brownie layer and top with broken vanilla wafers.
