  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, mayonnaise, anchovy paste, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the yolks. Mix until creamy.
  3. Spoon the filling into the egg whites and garnish with extra grated Parmesan and cracked black pepper.
