  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  3. Layer half of the graham crackers in a 9×13 inch baking dish, followed by half of the apple pie filling, and half of the cream mixture. Repeat layers.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
