  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • Optional: sugar/honey, ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar/honey, and optional vinegar for at least 30 minutes.
