Classic deviled eggs are a delightful and timeless appetizer that combines rich flavors with an elegant presentation.

Ingredients

  • 7 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Pinch of salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a small bowl.
  2. Add Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  3. Transfer the filling to a piping bag or use a spoon to fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish and serve chilled.
