  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 & 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/4 cup toffee bits
  • sea salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and toffee bits.
  5. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 11-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
