  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for raspberry swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine raspberries, sugar, and a splash of water. Cook until thickened and set aside.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted chocolate mixture, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, sift flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder; then fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour half the batter into a greased 8×8-inch baking pan. Spoon half the raspberry mixture over it and top with remaining batter and raspberry swirl.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes or until set but still fudgy in the center. Allow cooling before slicing.
