  • 5.3 ounces natural pistachio butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 14.1 ounces dark chocolate (55-65% cocoa, melted)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped pistachios (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare kataifi pastry by chopping into smaller pieces and fluffing it up.
  2. Toast the kataifi in a pot with melted butter over medium heat until golden brown; let cool.
  3. Melt white chocolate in a heatproof bowl and mix in pistachio butter and salt; allow to cool.
  4. Combine toasted kataifi with cooled pistachio mixture; refrigerate if too runny.
  5. Shape into small balls and freeze until firm.
