  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 2 ounces liquid smoke
  • 1 ounce Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup prepared barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F.

  3. Place the seasoned brisket in a foil-lined roasting pan. Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over the meat.
