  • Pitas
  • Tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add chicken chunks to the marinade and coat thoroughly; marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. While grilling, chop cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onions; combine with feta cheese and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Warm pitas briefly on the grill; assemble tacos by filling each pita with grilled chicken and topping generously with vegetable mixture and tzatziki.
