  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
