  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • Tzatziki sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
  2. Add sliced chicken to the marinade and coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
