  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup melted peanut butter (for topping)
  • 12 oz. dark chocolate (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine granola, chopped peanuts, peanut butter, and honey until sticky.
  2. Grease a cupcake pan lightly and press the mixture evenly into each cup; create a dent in the center.
  3. Freeze for 5-10 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt the remaining peanut butter and pour it into each cup's center; freeze again for another 5-10 minutes.
  5. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil and spoon it over each cup; chill until set.
