  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
  • 5 cups chopped fresh peaches
  • 6 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, preferably dark
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, mix flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add butter until crumbly. Set aside some crumbs for topping.
  3. Press remaining crumbs into the pan and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
  4. Combine peaches with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Stir in heavy cream.
  5. Pour peach mixture over crust, sprinkle streusel on top, and bake for about 45 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
