Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup dry oats
  • 1/4 cup sweetened peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp almond milk or skim milk (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the vanilla protein powder, dry oats, and sweetened peanut butter until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, gradually stir in almond or skim milk until it holds together.
  2. Evenly press about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into silicone muffin cups or a lined muffin tin.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips in short bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
  4. Spoon the melted chocolate over each oat cup and spread it evenly with the back of a spoon.
  5. Chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes or refrigerate for an hour until set. Enjoy!
