  • 9 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 15 ounces mini marshmallows
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 box (3.4 ounces) pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9×13-inch pan by lining it with foil or parchment paper and spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, measure and add the Rice Krispies Cereal.
  3. In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
  4. Remove from heat and blend in pistachio pudding mix and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and stir until evenly coated.
  6. Transfer to the prepared pan and press down firmly using wax paper sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  7. Allow to set for about 30 minutes before slicing into bars.
