  • 1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist white cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cup water (according to cake mix)
  • 1/3 cup oil (according to cake mix)
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 box (3.3 oz) White Chocolate Instant Pudding
  • 1.75 ounces red, white, and blue jimmies
  • 5 ounces vanilla almond bark
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • red and blue star sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, water, oil, egg whites, sour cream, and pudding mix. Mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes until well blended.
  3. Fold in the jimmies gently.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Prepare frosting by melting vanilla almond bark and mixing it with softened butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Frost the cooled cake and decorate with star sprinkles as desired.
