Ingredients

  • 3 large strawberries
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp water (for the white layer)
  • 1/2 tsp blue butterfly pea flower powder

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries with 1/3 cup water until smooth; pour into an ice cube tray and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  2. Mix coconut milk with 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp water; pour over the frozen red layer and freeze for another 30 minutes.
  3. Combine blue butterfly pea flower powder with enough water to create a liquid; pour over the white layer once frozen.
  4. Freeze for at least two hours until completely solid.
