  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the cabbage, trim the ends, and cut it into four flat discs about 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Arrange the cabbage discs on the baking sheet. Brush one side with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Flip the discs over and repeat the seasoning on the other side.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes until tender and browned.
