  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ cup chopped pistachios (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons edible dried rose petals (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and mix in granulated sugar until fully combined.
  2. Add heavy cream, whole milk, and sweetened condensed milk; whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract, rose water, and lemon zest until well mixed.
  4. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
  5. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to instructions (about 20-25 minutes).
  6. In the last few minutes of churning, gently fold in chopped pistachios and dried rose petals.
  7. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container, smooth the top, and freeze for at least 4-6 hours until firm.
