  • 4 oz whole wheat spaghetti
  • 10 oz bagged slaw
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked edamame
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a salad dressing shaker or jar, combine olive oil, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and ginger. Shake until well mixed.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti, edamame, and cabbage slaw. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss using tongs to coat evenly.
