  • 1 1/4 cup chicken broth

  • 2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Optional: shredded cheddar cheese

  2. Stir in ground turkey, garlic, salt, and pepper; cook until turkey is no longer pink.
  3. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, flour, chicken broth, and frozen veggies; simmer until thickened.
  4. Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until fork-tender; drain and mash with butter and milk until creamy.
