  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 1.55-ounce Hershey's chocolate bar (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer, beat softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows gently.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow cooling completely in the pan before slicing.
