  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • juice of 1 lime
  • Protein of choice (chicken, shrimp, or tofu)

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Add sliced red bell pepper and green beans; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
