  • 16 ounces jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup olive oil (divided)
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh herbs: parsley, basil, thyme, oregano, cilantro
  • 1 medium jalapeño, finely chopped
  • Sea salt and cayenne pepper

Instructions
