  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 315 g sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp diced garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with oil, black pepper, dark soy sauce, and onion powder.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the seasoned salmon for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove the salmon and add garlic and ginger to the same pan, stirring until fragrant.
  4. Add sweet chilli sauce, coriander, and lime juice; let simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
  5. Return the salmon to the pan, coating each fillet with the sauce before serving.
