  • 750 mL dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
  • 2 D’Anjou pears
  • 2 limes
  • 1 ½ cups cranberries
  • 6 ounces ginger beer (chilled)
  • Fresh rosemary (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Slice the pears and limes. In a pitcher, combine with 1 cup of whole cranberries and halved remaining cranberries.
  2. Pour the white wine over the fruit mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  3. Just before serving, top with chilled ginger beer and stir gently.
